This position is responsible for taking ownership of non-technical customer & partner inquires and outbound activities, to deliver world class customer service.
Key Responsibilities
? Attending Inbound and Outbound calls.
? Documenting Cases as per process.
? Adhere to ACD schedules and procedures.
? Work with minimal supervision to prioritize backlogs; escalate issues according to group procedures. |
