| Job Description |

The VSE is responsible for supporting the mission of the organization by responding and offering sales by telephone and email. Using a combination of exemplary customer service skills, in depth product knowledge and system proficiency. The VSE will be responsible for processing merchandise, assisting customer with web site orders, answering questions about the products and highlighting special promotions. VSEs work in a team environment and are expected to support and contribute to the goals of the team and their co workers.
RESPONSIBILITES:
? Respond to customers inquires over the phone and emails channels regarding
products, placing orders, returns, credit, marketing promotions and special offers.
? Effectively place orders, resolve customer problems and address concerns while supporting he goals and objectives of the call center
? Contact customers, according to noted contact preference, to follow up and respond to placing orders, marketing promotions and special offers.
? Gather and accurately enter customer information and marketing response, as required for each telephone or email interaction
? Proactively offer appropriate products and service to customers, based on need and opportunity.
