Job Description:
1.opening the counters as per standard instructions. 2.Customer billing . 3.Handling customer querries at the counters and TIC enrollments. 4.Explaining the customers the recent and current schemes 5.Ensuring clean cash counters. 6.Following the procedure of mark up ? down & cashrefund. 7.Ensure the EDC machine are in proper condition. 8.Ensure entries of mark up, down, cashrefund, staff and customer discount etc. 9.Ensure alertness on barcodes & no theft is done by the Customers. 10.Ensure G.V are not expired and contain same hologram & signature. 11.Ensure no fake notes are accepted. 12.Ensure all the credit notes & G.Vs are properly cancelled & punched. 13.Explaining the customer about tie-ups & point system of TIC. 14.While performing day end, all the Credit Notes, GVs, cash & credit should be filed with lampos day end report.
