2 - 3 years experience, 1 year doing relevant work in citations
Work Location: Pune
Primary skills:
?Should have excellent knowledge of law, preferably exposure to US judgments and court hierarchy
?Should have exposure to citation work
?Should have knowledge of using Lexis Nexis and Westlaw
?Should have excellent skills in speed reading US judgments and picking out issues
?Should possess business and process knowledge, understand workflows and operating procedures
?Should be proficient with computers and computer applications
Secondary skills:
?Should be able to supervise and evaluate staff
?Should be able to manage multiple tasks often with competing deadlines.
?Should have ability to work as a member and leader of project teams

?PE Performance Monitoring and assistance with queries
?Monitoring production numbers
?PE Coaching
?Initial Process Training
