We are looking for Program Manager/Senior Project Manager for our Microsoft Group
Position : Program Manager/Senior Project Manager
Education : B.E/MCA
Experience : 13-18yrs
Location : Bangalore
Skills :
? Management experience with large-scale operational or project management environments in Microsoft technology.
? Client interface with European and US Companies.
? Ability to lead and motivate high potential technical teams.
Strong Business acumen.
? Proven leadership of technical teams.
? Impeccable written & verbal communication skills.
? Experienced in managing all aspects of an engagement, including analyzing customer requirements, establishing engagement vision and goals, monitoring and guiding cross functional teams through execution.
? Proven track record of successfully managing multiple, simultaneous projects to profitability.
? Excellent negotiation skills and knowledgeable of contracts is a requirement. |

| Candidate Profile |

? Will lead large scale, global Microsoft development Engagements for external Clients.
? Will be responsible to manage, lead and motivate high potential development teams.
? Developing engagement proposals and detailed engagement plans and schedules.
? Negotiate with clients during pre-contract signing, through contract closure and during all phases of engagements in between.
? Able to work with international customers on an ongoing basis.
? Define and lead the program team.
? Ensuring practice and engagement success including quality, financial performance and delivery to the customer.
? Manage a varied staff that will include employees, and subcontractors.
Responsible for all staff development and growth of next generation leadership from existing team.
? Ensuring Practice and engagement compliance, training, testing and marketing requirements have been met.
? Will have total responsibility and be held accountable for each engagement?s success.
? Work along with the Marketing plan and strategies.
