| Job Description |
:: |
1. Business Analysis
1.1 Plan v/s Actuals: analyse, spot the trend and "flag" potential variances of important business parameters
1.2 Do "what-if" analysis
2. Sanitise the Reports prepared in the deapartment as well as from the various Projects
3. Interface with the Senior Managers & Project Leads to ensure compliance of Processes & MIS
4. Random Checks on Bills received from various Projects
5. Lead a Team of 4 Members whose responsibilities are:
5.1 Internal MIS by obtaining & consolidating data from the various Projects, cross-checking for accuracy
5.2 Managing MIS to the Head Office
5.3 e-PM
5.4 Custodian of Department Assets
5.5 Asset Tracking in various Projects & Stores
5.6 Tracking the maintenance and repairs of Assets
5.7 Mobilisation of Assets
5.8 Mobilisation of Human Resources (ticketing, advance payment, tools, laptop etc)
5.9 Logistics
5.10 Managing the Finance related to the department as per the project Requirement.
5.11 Tracking Manpower Status
5.12 Coordinating Attendance |

| Candidate Profile |
:: |
1. Education: Graduate Engg preferably with an MBA
2. Experience: atleast 4 years of which 2 years Leading a Team in the Co-ordination & MIS function of a Project Delivery Organisation ? preferably Telecom
3. Communication Skills have to be excellent / very good ? verbal as well as written
4. Assertive Skills have to be excellent / very good to independently resolve routine issues with the Senior Managers and Project Leads
5. Analytical Skills: very good
6. Computer Skills: proficient in MS Office
7. People skills have to be good |
