- Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent and reasonably good written communication skills with emphasis on conversational ability
- Good Listening ability (considering the longer duration of calls in the process)
- Basic understanding of customer service.
- Reasonable keyboard skills
- Situation Handling Skills
- Reasonable Analytical Skills
- Self-starter with an ability to work in a team environment
- Eager to learn new skills and adapt well to change
- Ability to sit for a prolonged duration of a work shift (night shifts), with the use of a headset
