?Ensuring all messages, couriers, letters and faxes are handled accurately and delivered on time to the concerned person ?Ensuring all calls are attended within 3 rings and answered courteously. ?Ensuring that the travel bookings and hotel bookings are confirmed and reconfirmed on time to avoid confusion.

?Answer the telephone swiftly and efficiently and to relay the calls to the appropriate extensions, taking messages if the person required is unavailable. ?Greet and receive all visitors in a pleasant and courteous manner, informing the Secretary, Manager or member of staff concerned that their visitor has arrived. ?Ensure that all calls, both external and internal are answered in a polite, professional manner. ?Carry out any other duties as requested by the Management. ?Maintaining records of couriers/ faxes. ?Transferring calls to appropriate extensions and delivering messages to appropriate person.
