| Job Description |

To assist & help the Manager in GL activities for Japan & any other countries as maybe required.
Responsibilities:
? To ensure Month end GL activities are completed within deadlines
? Review of P&L, Balance Sheet, Flux Analysis
? Liaison with Income Tax Authorities if required.
? Work with tax consultants on tax related matters.
? Working with the Legal consultants for legal compliances like board meetings, statutory filings, etc.
? Complete responsibility of Internal Audit and SOX compliance.
? Major role in Finalization of accounts and tax audit and Annual Financial Reports.

Education Required:
? B. Com + M.B.A or CA-inter, ICWA-inter, CS-inter
Experience Required:
? About 1 to 2 years of experience or fresher with sound academic, technical knowledge and good interpersonal skills.
? Experience in Oracle financials is an added advantage.

? Ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
? Process knowledge and analytical skills.
? Self-starter.
? Strong technical and analytical skills.
