Should have prior experience with home loans from various banks for property (apartments/flats/villas) under construction.
Plays a key role in acquiring new clients in the targeted segment.
Work in a start-up kind of environment where initiative, ideas and quick execution are essential. Plan and meet budgeted sales targets within fixed deadlines.
Ensure revenue targets are met consistently.
Map markets / segments to target profile in order to identify untapped resources / new opportunities.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell.
