Required Skills for Web Designers:
Extremely Creative, Cooperative & Confident
Expert in Photoshop, Illustrator/Freehand & Dreamweaver
Decent skills in Flash animation & Action Script
Must have quality working experience as per international design standards
Ability to handle work pressure, deadlines and demanding tasks, as and when required. Must have ability to manage work responsibly and passionately
Ability to handle multiple projects and produce quality results, as and when required |

Candidates Desired Profile:
Expert in HTML, DIV Tag, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript & AJAX. Ability to customize JavaScript and other open sources as per requirements
Ability to create flawless CSS based HTML & XHTML templates
Good knowledge of ASP, PHP is an advantage
Basic understanding of design standards like alignment, design consistency & web standards like browser compatibility & search engine optimization etc is a must
Must have a portfolio to show the online or offline latest/best work as a developer |
