| Job Description |

UI/Java Developer:
- Sound knowledge of Java, MVC2 architecture, JSP, HTML, Javascript, AJAX - (must)
- Struts/JSF - must
- database interfacing
- Exp of J2EE application framework/ Oracle ADF
- Knowledge of Generics in java
- Exp with Rapid Application Development tool
- Exp with Eclipse/jDeveloper/Rational IDE/IBM Websphere IDE or any other IDE
- Exp with working with version management tools
- Exp with Junits/Selenium
- Knowledge about SQL/PL-SQL
- Exp of working in commercial projects
- Exp of working in short time line projects
- Exp of working in Agile project methodology (preferred)
- Exp with working in small teams with greater responsibility
- Right set of attitude towards work & business focused
