Eligibility Criteria:
* Graduates with excellent communication skills in English.
* Should have basic knowledge of computers, including Hardware/Software, Operating Systems and Peripherals.
* Prior experience of Technical Support in a BPO would be an added advantage.
* Candidates with prior experience in International Voice Processes would also be preferred
* Should be open to working in night shifts
Shortlisted candidates, based on technical assessment, may be provided technical training free of cost. |
