| Job Description |

To work on the Contracts, Master Services Agreements, Non Solicitation Agreement, Non Compete Agreements and all other Pre Interview Agreements / Closing of Contracts pertaining to the our Vendor / Client Company's
Review and Analyze contracts for Content, clauses and definition of outstanding contractual matters.
Drafting , Negotiating and Managing contracts for IT Staffing Requirements
Coordinate and perform contract close out actions, maintain a close working relationship with onsite Team.
Advise for Contractual rights and obligations
Candidates should be conversant in the terminology and its use.
Candidate should have eye for details and Commitment to complete the job swiftly with minimum supervision..
The ideal candidate should possess excellent oral, written & interpersonal communication skills.
Self disciplined with a pleasing and convincing personality is required.
Ability to work independently and to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
Desired candidates should be looking at Long Term Commitment.
Willing to work in night shift as per US EST time zone. ( 18.30hrs ? 3.30 hrs )
