| Job Description |
:: |
a) Manage all PPC campaigns across all Search Engines (Google Adwords, Yahoo Overture, MSN Ad center and others)
b) Researching, Understanding and Setting up other 2nd and 3rd tier Search Engine accounts like Miva, Kayak, AbcSearch, Searchfeed, Dogpile, Adbrite, Ask, Knoodle, Search123 etc.
c) Achieve a targeted ROI for all Ads spend on a daily basis
d) Ensure optimal campaign performance
e) Uploading 1000?s of keywords in various accounts.
f) Optimization and bid management
g) Develop new and eliminate underperforming PPC ad copy/Keywords
h) Analyze Clicks and Conversion data, ad expenses and ROI
i) In-depth keyword and audience research
j) Establishing the most effective landing pages and advising on possible improvements
k) Creating multiple adverts and split testing across multiple advert groups
l) Preparation of management reports
m) Working to over achieve on both targets and deadlines
n) Building, training and controlling PPC TEAM
o) Landing pages, Keywords Optimization and Bid management.
p) Meeting daily budget spent target and Ensure optimal campaign performance.
q) Analyze Clicks and Conversion data, ad expenses and ROI.
r) Search the Advertising accounts, understanding & negotiating with publishers and executing the campaign.

a) Current experience in search engine marketing and PPC.
b) Proficiency in building and managing Excel spreadsheet analysis
c) Experience of managing multiple accounts across various search engines
d) Ability to multi-task and manage parallel activities.
e) A great understanding of search engine technologies and the role PPC plays in the overall search marketing strategy.
f) Excellent report writing, analytical and project management skills.
g) Ready to work in 24x7 shifts.
h) Good Communication skills.
