Job Position is L2.
1. Provide Voice and chat based troubleshooting support to customers over remote software and resolve Technical queries based on customer?s query.
2. This can be related to any computer/peripherals/networking related issues
3. Direct Interaction with customers located in the USA/UK or Canada over phone, post which they need to take remote access and initiate/chat support as the first face to the customer (Inbound)

Educational Qualifications for All :
? Bachelors Degree / Diploma Egg. Those with a diploma in computers from a reputed training institute will be preferred
Experience for L2 :
? Minimum 6 months+ experience with call centre preferably in Hard core Tech Support Process.
? Minimum 6 months Technical Support (Voice/Semi-voice) exp. is must.
Candidate Profile:
? Able to type minimum of 15 words per minute
? Willing to work in shifts, rotating as schedule requires
? Basic knowledge of computers, desktops, laptops, operating systems and computer hardware
? Good working knowledge of the Internet
? Advance troubleshooting skills
? Virus eradication including Manual Virus removal
? Excellent in Home Networking and Internet Troubleshooting
? Good understanding of MS Office Applications
? Good interpersonal and chat related communication skills will be preferred.
? Good written Grammar (Conversation Flow and sentence construction)
? Reading, comprehension and responding skills based on the International Language Proficiency Rating System
