| Job Description |

Designation: DATA ANALYST
Key support for SCM processes relative to WISPER, Supplier Vis, etc. and their related financial processes (i.e. supplier billing, refunds, related reporting and data analysis).
B. Provide tier two applications support for SCM web-based applications and other related tools (i.e. WISPER, Supplier Vis, etc.). This would include processing and managing service center tickets related to user support. Use this information to provide input for system improvements related to the tool or process.
C. Provide monthly/quarterly/annual management reports and analyses to Eaton customers (mainly SCM Corp and divisional managers, including senior management) after extracting, compiling, and validating data from multiple SCM data systems and tools. Lead team/efforts to ensure timeliness and accuracy of this reporting and analysis function on a day-to-day basis.
D. Provide essential analyses/research on ad-hoc basis. Support additional management reporting needs on an as-needed basis.
E. Administer and manage the SCM spend analysis tool and data warehouse on an ongoing basis. Examples of such processes are commodity codes, master lists for div/LCC/ geogr. codes / org hierarchies-ENCORE /currency codes, Addition of Users, etc. Examples of related systems are Supplier Gateway, extracts/interfaces with ERP-Shared Service centers, Finance systems, and so on.
F. Identify methods to streamline the reporting-analysis work (including the SCM scorecard) and improve customer satisfaction customers are Corp and Div SCM managers.
G. Support projects to improve the effectiveness of data and tools-systems in use and process improvements for integrity of data systems & tools. Lead mid-size project efforts in the area.This includes assisting in the management of the functional tools.
