Managers would have 8+ years of experience.
Manage and lead a team of technical engineers
Manage critical global customer escalations
Improve process efficiency, quality of service delivery & customer management
Drive high performance culture
Experience in Communication Technology is desired
Individual effectiveness Skills
Strong verbal communication skills
Strong people management skills
Strong customer focus and service orientation
Must be highly motivated and self driven
Good organizational and collaboration skills
Required Technical skills:
Experience in managing products on application software
Technical skills in contact centre applications, messaging
Good knowledge of operating systems like Unix / Linux/ Solaris and databases like Oracle, SQL and internet technologies will be an added advantage
Qualifications:
BE/MCA or equivalent
Industry Standard Certifications in Telecom, Data, & ITIL will be an added advantage
Certifications like ACA, ACS, CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, and NCSE would be an added advantage |
