Job Description
To head the Interiors Design Function.
Responsible for making the 'Godrej Interio' brand name in the Interiors & Turnkey market.
To ensure the Profitable growth of the Business, by doing development in Designs.
To establish a Design Vertical .
Train, coach and guide the members of the team from time to time on various aspects of Lead Generation, Design Solution Preparation, Presentation, Closure of Deals, Project Planning and Management, Closure of Projects and Communication with regards to Projects.
Develop a team of Office Interiors Designers and Associates for sourcing various Designs.
Monitor design operations by reviewing progress of various projects across the country.
Presenting variety of Space solutions & advising cost effective design.

Essential : Candidates should have minimum of 6 years of Experiance in designing & execution of Office Interios.
Preferred : Preference would be given to the candidates having experience in the designing of IT/ITES/MNC Office.
