The Global Financial Information Center, Oracle India Private Limited is 100% subsidiary of Oracle Corporation. GFIC provides financial services to Oracle subsidiaries in different countries and to Oracle's suppliers and customers from Bangalore, India
Team Leader with basic accounting background and should have managed a team.
Fluency in Speaking in Japanese Language
4-5 years experience.
Good leadership skills
Atleast 4-5 years of relevant experience in the BPO industry
Accounting Background
Should have handled a team
Good PC skills (Excel, Word and PPT)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good organizational and prioritization skills
Experience in Japanese Language will be preferable
Planning and securing delivery
- Need to have a high level of operational excellence; measured in terms of timeliness and accuracy of service delivery
- Ensuring that there are as few obstacles as possible in the customer's payment cycle by addressing issues at the front end
- Managing escalation and keeping the communication channels opened with other stakeholders
- Developing & motivating the team
- Monitor and evaluate the teams performance and provide feedback whenever necessary
- Resolve operational issues and mentor team leaders.
- Understand training needs / solutions and implement these to maintain team skill sets and mobility.
- Lead the regional Credit team (span of management 5-10)
- Process improvement
- Identify and implement cost saving measures; and adopt best practices by partnering with other locations providing credit services
- Review and recommend process enhancements
- Relationship Building
- Work closely with Sales, Business Development, Contracts, Order Management, Legal, Revenue Recognition and Customer on credit related issues
- Partner with Oracle's Financing Division (OFD) on customer assessments.
- Quality assurance and improvement
- Drives quality consciousness on the floor, reviews audit data & takes corrective actions, uses quality tools within the process
- Strengthen and monitor control environment, Ensuring compliance of the process with the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Act of 2002 and other internal and external audits
