| Job Description |
:: |
* Take total responsibility for Projects- naturally should comfortably conceptualize, render, present, quantify, Tender, execute and handover Int.
* Design and Retail Projects through good standard Drawing and Documents & achieve Client satisfaction Interact with Clients through the Project Co-Lead the Design Process after having grip on Pre-Design formalities e.g. understanding Brief, tapping all requirements, referring Design Standards, honoring Context, etc.
* Commit Dates to a plan and fulfill them. Be in a position to command large studio teams along with Design Leaders Be in a position to command Large Retail external Project Teams Conclude and Convince Client on Approvals Interact and be Proactive with Co-Consultants
* Have command on the entire Tendering Process Ability to generate quality specs, BOQ and process documents must Follow and Command Execution; control Execution Design Fidelity Ensure Quality on site Lead Site and Proj.
* Handover Process Analyze Proj. Parameters, be a Think Tank for Design & all parameters of Design
