MIS Reports preparation & consolidation , Confidential activities/Reports, Assisting ED in his day-to-day activities.
Self-correspondence that comprises of writing letters related to ED’s Office , customers letters, sending and replying to emails.
To maintain all the documents / records/ correspondence of E.D office and its proper filing, tracking etc.
Fixing up appointments and arrangements for meetings.
Filing and maintaining records that is confidential.
Giving PowerPoint presentation.
Taking care of travel booking, Hotel arrangements, and all administrative work related to the ED?s office
Should able to work for extended hours.
Any other work given by the Management. |
