The JOB requires the following: -
--End to end reconciliation of parts for real time production booking.
-- Physical verification of ABC category of parts at periodic intervals, to isolate stock mismatches and discrepancies.
-- Conduct analysis of Non-moving and slow moving parts at regular intervals
--Facilitate control and review for disposal action of non-moving parts.
--Facilitate vendor stock audits.
--Managing the stock audits by external auditors.
--Co-ordinate with relevant departments to define action plans on auditors findings.
--Facilitate asset verification & write off management.
--Reporting the audit results and proposed action plans to the concerned departments.
Key Result Areas are given below: -
--Material audit to validate stocks and implementation correctness.
--Disposal of Non Moving and Slow Moving parts.
--- Cascading of audit results to the relevant departments.
--- Asset verification.
-- Conduction periodic material audit by external auditor.
--Formalizing action plans for audit results. |

Should be able to lead a cross functional team, as in audit function one has to work along with persons of other functions.
Should have good written and oral communication skills.
Should have good presentation skills.
Should be able to work independently.
