Data input and data analysis skills
Good verbal communication and Customer interaction skills
Good MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) skills
Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot / macros)
Report writing skills
Knowledge of telecoms, data and transport networks
SQL programming & database skills
Adobe FrameMaker
UNIX language skills,Perl language skills in addition to above
