| Candidate Profile |
:: |
1. Any graduate (with or without experience).
2. Graduates/Post Graduates/Diploma Holders with 0 to 5 Years of experience in customer support, or any domain.
3. B.E/B.Tech graduates with an aggregate of less than 55% or must have prior voice experience for a minimum of 6 months & No BE/BTech graduates 2008 pass outs.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Should be flexible to work in shifts.
