| Job Description |

Interacting and providing technical support
to the customers. Troubleshooting the technical issues and resolving queries related to all CISCO products.
Duration and Stipend: 6 months training and will be paid a fixed stipend during the training period. After successful completion of training period, the candidates may get absorbed with Aricent subject to open positions.
Skills Required: Fairly conversant with Networking Fundamentals viz:
??? Routing Protocols.
??? Basic operating systems related to Networking.
??? Excellent verbal and written communication.
