WALK -IN for Tech job at Mphasis Mereside heights Pai layout Old madras Road,
Fresher???s are welcome
Tech resolution ( Would need assist & resolve broad band connection related queries)
Designation: Customer service Officer.
Qualification - Graduates & Undergraduates plus other technical courses, CCNA / networking course/Hardware/Software course.
Salary Range:
Desired Profile: The person should
.
??? Typing speed to be 15 t0 20 wpm
??? Possess good communication skills
??? Would need to handle technical calls to trouble shoot accessing internet.
??? Would need to have basic system
software & hard ware knowledge
??? Would need to know the different system drivers.
??? Be result oriented & high on initiative
??? Good MS-Office & PC Skills
??? Strong analytical skills
Role:
??? To attend incoming calls through out the shift.
??? Solve all customer queries.
??? To achieve all targets assigned in required time.
Reporting to: AUM/ UM
Career Path: 1. Designation Growth within the Operations and other functions like training, quality, command center etc. |
