| Job Description |
:: |
Achieve objectives for customer satisfaction, responsiveness, cycle time and quality standards by managing personal productivity and by timely and appropriately responding to medical information inquiries and escalating cases as appropriate.
*Diligently evaluate cases for Adverse Events and Product Complaints taking appropriate action in compliance with company policy.
*Identify crisis events, trends and shifts in inquiry volume, reasons for the change and recommend action to Managers.
*Train and mentor more junior staff and consultants that are handling first level medical information.
*Educate colleagues about roles and responsibilities of Specialist and demonstrate call handling to internal stakeholders
