| Job Description |

- Managing and interpreting contracts.
- Linking in with clients and advising them on how to manage their contracts.
- oversee all ongoing Indian projects in terms of control of cashflow, contract strategy, variation identification and quantification , claims preparation and negotiation with clients.
- The job would also involve extensive travel across India. |

| Candidate Profile |

- an engineer or quantity surveyor by profession
- 7years and above experience in the construction industry working for contractors in a commercial management capacity
Additional skills:
- Experience in the curtain wall industry will be a benefit.

- As per industry standards.
