| Job Description |

Answer queries on service turn on, service turn offs, transfer of service, billing inquiries, meter relocation, general query etc and access Customer???s support needs and handle/route accordingly
Use knowledge acquired during training and prior experience to resolve issues
Identify and provide input on unique or recurring customer problems
Ensure proper escalation procedures
Ensure adherence to rules to resolve query

Non Engineering Graduates
Experience: 6 months to 2 years experience in utility&energy / telecom / F&A / customer service
Working knowledge of PCs
Good typing skills
Excellent spoken English and written communication skills
No Regional Accent
Ability to verbalize thoughts
Correct construction of sentences and Grammatically correct English
Excellent listening skills
Team player
Good analytical skills
