* Source, develop and update content on all ICICI Lombard web interfaces, including our website, intranets, agent modules, banners and offline content such as brochures, newsletter, annual report, sales collateral.
* Ensure high recall for the website on key search engines such as Yahoo and Google.
* Develop and deploy regular news / info / content updates to be in touch with our customers and prospects
* Ensure our presence in all external websites?corporate profile, product profile, transaction based etc.
* Enhance the Customer journey on the website; develop interactive tools, build and manage online communities, work on interactivity opportunities for the website with the customer. |
